L'immagine SCS is a non-profit social cooperative that
pursues the general interest of the community in
promoting human and social integration of citizens,
aimed at providing employment for disadvantaged people
in different activities.
The Cooperative was formed on September 22th, 2005 and was created with the aim to complement and supplement the activities of social rehabilitation projects carried out with the theater by our Voluntary Association (Associazione Culturale Oltre l'mmagine).
The numerous projects undertaken with the voluntary activities, aimed at social rehabilitation and vocational training in the areas in which we operate, have firmly confirmed that work is an effective tool to overcome the handicap of life, especially in most vulnerable and marginalized people.
Thus, was born the idea to start a business that can give these people a hope even more concrete and a real work in various fields.
One of our tasks is to establish contacts and collaborations with third parties in order to allow a final job placement for those who have had previous experience of marginalization.
L'immagine SCS is focused on innovative forms of social enterprise, combining economic equity and solidarity: in this way we meet and deal with the two spheres, the "enterprise" and "social responsibility", in constant balance.
Our headquarters are located in the beautiful lake city of Como (Italy).
